My name is Masoud Shahbaghi and I was born in 1969(August, 18th) in Tehran, the capital of Iran. regarding my educational background, I graduated /studied Civil Engineering in K.N.Toosi university of technology for B.A and graduated in 1994, then as/because I was interested in continuing my study/education, I studied civil engineering structure in Takestan university from which I graduated in 2011. With respects to my career background, I have experience working in different places such as Qazvin municipality as the head of civil engineering department, in Siman beton,Kimia beton and precast concrete pipe manufacturing factories as QC manager and also in Sure level Iran company as QC senior manager and R&D consultant. During these years I have also been involved with teaching concrete technology laboratory for civil engineering in Azad University in Qazvin for 9 years.
